Aqua Scene Darwin 2011
This wasn't really a zoo but it was a good morning out. They are only open as certain times of the day depending on the tides. When they are open they let you feed the fish with bread they supply. There are all sorts of fish, even the barramundi, this fish didn't come up and feed but we did see around 3 in the area we were. The most popular fish there are milk fish and mullet but there are all sort of different variety's to check out. This was a really good morning and alot of room so you didn't feel squished even though alot of people there.
The kids were scared at first but then they loved it....There was stairs all the way down, this helped me in worrying if they got too close to the edge as the tide came in you would just go back a step....

Darwin Zoo's May 2011
The second zoo we went to was probably our favourite, it was called Crocodylus Park. This was a crocodile farm, but it also has other animals like monkeys, and even a lion. The zoo tour they do was very cool too, they big crocs are magnificent..
Darwin Zoo's May 2011
Our first zoo we went to up in Darwin was a crocodile zoo called Crocosaurus Cove in the Darwin CBD.
It was a small zoo, but for the kids they loved it and wasn't too much walking. I was also located in walking distance from our Motel. They got to hold a crocodile, a snake and a blue tongue lizard, they also got to feed the baby crocs with fishing rods with meat on the end. And they could have swam in a pool next to the small crocs, we didn't do this as we didn't want to get wet before we went out for lunch. Here are some photos that we took....

Taronga Zoo NSW
We went to Taronga Zoo recently, this was another great zoo. The Seal show was a favorite for our family but the baby elephant and baby hippo were so so cute. We found that the sky lift was a great way of seeing the park and was a great way to get up the top of the zoo, our pram fitted in it too.
Mogo Zoo NSW
We went to Mogo Zoo in Late July 2010, it was a great day. The white lions were awesome but our favourites were the giraffes and the monkey.
